Leggett & Platt is seeking a Sr. EHS Specialist to strengthen EHS performance across our European operations. You will report to the Regional EHS Manager and work with site leaders to improve compliance, reduce risk, and promote consistent EHS expectations.

Strong OSH knowledge and independent judgment are essential. The role involves regional plans, audits, incident investigations, and leading cross-functional EHS projects across Europe, with travel to sites as needed.

Formación

• Relevant Environmental, Health & Safety qualification or equivalent regional credential (e.g., NEBOSH, NVQ Level 5/6).
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/regional environments.
• Deep knowledge of EU OSH requirements, environmental & safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional EHS plans across Europe aligned with corporate goals and site risks.
• Advise site leadership on regulatory expectations, safety culture and risk reduction.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Audit programs and lead regional EHS projects and rollouts.
• Engage stakeholders across HR, Operations, Legal, Engineering and sites to drive EHS execution.
• Monitor compliance with EU and country-specific requirements and maintain EHS documentation.
