Leggett Dynamics is seeking an EHS Manager (m/f/d) to lead Environmental, Health & Safety in our Plant Management team for the automotive segment. You will ensure compliance with regulations, foster a proactive safety culture, and reduce risk across operations.

You will work with a dedicated EHS technician team to strengthen employee wellbeing and deliver sustainable safety and operational excellence. Strong Dutch, French, and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field.
• Certified Prevention Advisor Level II (Level I would be an advantage).
• 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environment; automotive experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive a safety-first culture and zero-accident commitment.
• Provide guidance, coach colleagues for high performance in safety.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and internal standards via audits.
• Lead EHS training and awareness initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely actions.
• Review and approve equipment, processes and changes for EHS risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement projects enhancing EHS performance.
• Ensure accurate EHS reporting and use of the Safeguard system.
• Support emergency response and business continuity as required.
