Job summary

bp seeks a Europe HSE&C Advisor to identify, assess, and guide HSE&C risks across the Europe Performance Unit. The role supports the global and European HSE&C strategy, partnering with lubricant plants, CMS sites, distribution hubs and commercial teams to ensure regulatory and bp requirements are met.

The successful candidate will travel up to 25% across Europe, hold a university degree (NEBOSH Diploma is a strong advantage), and be a certified Prevention Advisor Level 1 in Belgium.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; formal HSE& C qualification is a strong advantage.
• NEBOSH Diploma is a plus / Belgium requirement related credential.
• Significant experience in HSE&C or operational roles with strong accountability.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide HSE&C risks across Europe Performance Unit.
• Support delivery of Global and Europe HSE&C strategy and plan.
• Collaborate with lubricant plants, CMS sites, distribution hubs, and commercial teams to ensure compliance.
