Leggett Dynamics in Belgium is seeking an EHS Manager (m/f/d) to lead the Environmental, Health & Safety function within our automotive-focused Plant Management team. You will drive safety culture, ensure regulatory and corporate compliance, and coach colleagues to achieve high performance.

The role involves leading EHS training, monitoring regulations, auditing performances, and supporting business continuity while reducing risk and promoting employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field.
• Certified Prevention Advisor Level II; Level I a plus.
• 5 years EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
