NATO in Mons, Belgium seeks a hands-on User Support Technician to cover a short-term, on-site absence. You will install, maintain and operate the full range of computing, printing and network devices used in office automation, configure software, and manage access for desktop and mobile users.

The role requires SCCM experience, AD/GP proficiency, and several years in CIS IT administration. You must be a NATO citizen with Belgian work rights and hold relevant certifications, with 425 total hours

Qualifications

CompTIA A+ or MCITP certification.
Hands-on experience with SCCM.
Experience with Active Directory objects, user accounts and permissions.
Three years in CIS environment and IT administration role.
Knowledge of PC deployment and current OS.

Responsabilités

Install, maintain and operate computing, printing and network devices in office automation services.
Install and configure software on workstations and LAN clients.
Configure local server software and peripheral devices.
Manage user access on static and mobile devices.
Work with Active Directory and Group Policy, handle ITSM tickets and deployments.
Prepare software packages for automatic deployment and contribute to IT security compliance.
Support incident, change, and asset management processes.
