Job summary

Edenred Belgium SA is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee the Senior Middle Market and Key Accounts, managing the end-to-end relationship and renewals. You will define objectives, monitor KPI usage, run trimestral reviews, organize webinars and events, and support adoption of the Edenred platform while advising clients with a data-driven, consultative approach.

The role offers a permanent full-time contract (38 hours/week) with remote work 2 days per week and a homeworking

Qualifications

• At least five years in B2B key account management in a service-oriented or digital environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Strong interest in HR topics, including digitalization and employee well-being.
• Able to advise clients and sell consultatively using data.
• Strong commercial, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial relationship with clients throughout their lifecycle and renew contracts.
• Monitor and increase platform usage; define annual objectives and create KPI reports.
• Conduct trimestral reviews and share usage statistics with clients.
• Organize user webinars, on-site activations and ongoing user training.
• Invite clients to Edenred events and marketing initiatives; implement standard communication plans.
• Actively participate in increasing customer engagement and adding value.
