Edenred Belgium is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive relationships with Senior Middle Market and Key Accounts. You will renew contracts, manage complex negotiations, and expand platform adoption through data-driven insights and proactive engagement.

The role offers hybrid work in Brussels or Antwerp, with remote flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package. You will collaborate closely with the Edenred Engagement Sales team to maximize client value.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of experience in B2B key account management.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.

Aufgaben

• Key Account Management: manage the commercial relationship with the client throughout their lifecycle.
• Renew existing contracts to secure customers.
• Handle complex negotiations with stakeholders of Key and Major accounts.
• Identify and create leads for the Business Development Managers.
• Maintain records of all client interactions in Salesforce.
• Monitor and increase the customer's use of the platform; define annual objectives and create reports.
• Conduct trimestral reviews to present usage statistics and gather feedback.
• Organize user webinars and on-site activations; provide ongoing training on new features.
• Invite clients to events and marketing initiatives; implement standardized communication plans.
• Actively participate in increasing customer engagement and value.
