Edenred in Brussels (Oudergem) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage a prospect portfolio and drive sales for our meal, sport, and culture voucher solutions. You will work remotely with inbound leads, analyze opportunities, and use CRM to track progress.

You will report to the team lead, strive to hit targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions. This is a full-time 38-hour position with 2 days of telework per week and a 6-month interim contract

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B remote sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Proven ability to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage prospect portfolio and contact prospects to showcase Edenred solutions.
• Analyze prospect portfolio and identify opportunities and arguments to sell.
• Advise customers based on needs and expectations to improve satisfaction.
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets and manage CRM activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments and report to team lead.
