Job summary

Us3 Ltd in Belgium is seeking an senior Change Management professional to drive adoption and digital workplace change across the organisation. You will lead ACM initiatives, build champions networks, and guide cultural transformation strategies for a modern digital workspace.

You will contribute to roadmaps, engage stakeholders, and support agile backlog refinement and sprint planning. The role requires deep experience in change management, training, and leadership in transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Adoption & Change Management (ACM) and organisational change delivery.
• Working knowledge of the PROSCI change management methodology.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience supporting AI adoption, cultural transformation and digital workplace change.
• Ability to develop high-level digital transformation roadmaps.
• Proven experience building and managing champions networks or adoption communities.
• Strong training, workshop facilitation and solution demonstration skills.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication planning and risk management.
• Ability to contribute to Agile backlog refinement and sprint planning.
