Job summary

Capgemini Invent Belgium seeks an experienced Change & AI Adoption Leader to drive large-scale transformations, shaping change strategies, governance and human-AI collaboration. You will coach executives, design adoption roadmaps and measure value across programs, partnering with cross-functional teams in Belgium and beyond.

You have a track record in complex change programs, strong communication skills and a passion for responsible AI and new ways of working.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in consulting or industry in change management, leading tech-driven transformations.
• Master's degree in business, psychology, social sciences, communications, engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in AI/GenAI, ERP/HCM, data projects and multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead change and AI adoption programs for large transformations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive coaching for C-level buy-in.
• Develop and deploy learning, upskilling and communication plans; measure adoption and value.
• Be the voice of Capgemini Invent on AI literacy and human-centric approaches.
