Job summary
Us3 Ltd seeks an experienced Adoption & Change Management Consultant to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered Agents. You will deliver engaging training, support AI change initiatives, empower internal champions, and help embed new ways of working to achieve sustained adoption and business value.
You will develop materials, run sessions, coach champions and monitor adoption metrics to continuously improve outcomes and ensure value realization for client organisations.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver change and adoption programmes within customer organisations.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to drive AI adoption and embed new ways of working.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and office hours.
- Comfort coaching champions, engaging stakeholders and building adoption communities.
- Experience tracking adoption metrics and gathering feedback.
- Understanding transformation roadmaps, operating models and risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver adoption materials, training sessions and office hours for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools.
- Support Agent Champions and Agent Lab communities to drive sustained AI adoption.
- Develop persona-based scenarios and support solution rollout.
- Execute communication, engagement and change management plans.
- Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback and recommend improvements.
- Coach customer-side change agents and champions.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and solution demonstrations.
