Job summary

Capgemini Invent Belgium in Diegem seeks a senior Change & AI Adoption consultant to lead large-scale transformations and design human-centered AI programs. You will drive adoption, stakeholder alignment and leadership coaching across countries, blending strategic consulting with practical AI-driven delivery.

The role requires 8–12 years in transformation, a Master’s degree, and fluent English with Dutch or French. Hybrid work arrangements and international exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, psychology, social sciences, communication, engineering or equivalent.
• 8–12 years in consulting or industry in change management, including tech-driven transformations.
• Proven track record of leading deals, building teams in multicultural environments.
• Fluent English and Dutch or French, with working knowledge of the other language.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and AI adoption for large-scale transformations.
• Design and lead change strategies for AI/GenAI deployments (ERP, HCM, CRM, digital workplace).
• Run impact analyses and translate them into adoption plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive coaching for cultural evolution.
