Job summary
AXA Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Digital Workplace Technical Lead to guide the evolution of our workplace services, combining technical leadership, automation, and AI-driven improvements. You will shape the roadmap, mentor the team, and ensure secure, efficient end-user experiences across Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud-based services.
You will collaborate with Security, Architecture, and Data teams to meet business needs, while promoting data-driven operations and proactive incident
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years of IT services experience with focus on digital workplace environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud.
- Proven ServiceNow ITSM experience and end-user collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentor the team.
- Define and evolve the digital workplace roadmap and standards.
- Drive automation, scripting, and AI-enabled improvements.
- Ensure security, GDPR compliance, and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Data and business teams.
