Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions and automation in large orgs.
• Experience in regulated or complex environments is a strong asset.
• Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

As a Business & Project Analyst, you will play a key role at the intersection of Business and IT, driving digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of AI, automation, and innovative technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, support decision-making, and prepare the organization for future challenges.

You will contribute to the development of a smarter, more sustainable, and technology-driven energy ecosystem by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency improvements, and process optimization through AI and automation.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Act as the liaison between business teams and technical implementation teams.
• Advocate for and promote the adoption of AI and automation solutions across the organization.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and assess the business value of AI and automation use cases.
• Support the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and technology domains.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining alignment with business expectations.
• Provide change management support, user guidance, and training to maximize adoption of new tools and technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation efforts across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in the implementation and adoption of AI solutions and automation technologies within a large organization.
• Experience working in regulated or complex operational environments is considered a strong asset.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation platforms, and emerging digital trends.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to challenge constructively and drive innovation.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
