Job summary

EPSA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives across asset-intensive operations. You will analyze and redesign processes, model requirements, and translate business needs for IT delivery teams. You will drive stakeholder alignment, support UAT, and contribute to change management across international teams.

The role focuses on operational planning, automation, health and safety improvements, and SAP-based process enhancements in a global context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge existing practices.
• Experience working in complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst passionate about digital transformation, process improvement, and bridging the gap between business and IT? We are looking for a skilled professional to support large-scale digitalization initiatives within an asset-intensive operational environment.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, quality, safety, and operational excellence. You will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to analyze business needs, redesign processes, and translate requirements into effective digital solutions.

You will support projects focused on areas such as:

• Digitalization and optimization of operational planning processes
• Automation of critical operational workflows
• Improvement of health, safety, and compliance-related processes
• Development of business processes supporting offshore and field operations
• Enhancement of administrative and maintenance processes through SAP-based solutions
• End-to-end process harmonization and standardization initiatives
