Michael Page International (Belgium) is recruiting a Digital and Process Expert (AI) to lead the organization’s digital and AI transformation across its accounting offices in Belgium. You will analyze current processes, define future-state workflows, and drive adoption of digital tools and AI solutions.

The role combines business analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, and change management, with regular travel to local offices.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or change management role.
• Solid understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes in professional services.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Experience with digital platforms, workflow tools, automation solutions, or business software ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Digital Expert, you will play a central role in shaping and accelerating the organization's digital and AI transformation agenda.

• Analyzing existing business processes across accounting offices and identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.
• Defining future-state processes and selecting the most appropriate technologies to support them.
• Driving the adoption of digital tools such as accounting, reporting, workflow, and collaboration platforms.
• Identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, reduce manual work, and improve service quality.
• Monitoring emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, automation, and digital innovation, and translating these into concrete business opportunities.
• Designing and coordinating change management and implementation strategies for large-scale transformation projects.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to management and business stakeholders regarding digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborating closely with key users and local offices to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through feedback collection, process reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Building and facilitating internal communities to share best practices, success stories, and knowledge related to digital tools and AI applications.
• Serving as the link between operational teams, leadership, and technology partners to ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable business value.
