EmpHire is seeking an AI Strategy Manager to develop business growth strategies through AI, GenAI, and analytics. The role collaborates with senior stakeholders, data science, and engineering teams to transform data insights into actionable strategies.

As a Manager on the Data & AI Strategy team, you will lead initiatives from concept to execution, ensure alignment with client objectives, and drive measurable business impact while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field as specified.
• At least 5 years of strategy experience in a consulting firm or dynamic business setting.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across organizational levels.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and clarify challenges where AI/ analytics can add value.
• Lead analytics and AI initiatives from concept to execution aligned with client strategies.
• Oversee project governance, monitor progress and adapt scope to changing requirements.
• Bridge between AI/data science teams and business units, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Manage analytics projects from ideation through implementation to deliver measurable impact.
• Shape team direction and deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
• Provide proactive guidance on data and AI opportunities to internal and client stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends in data science and AI.
• Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional teamwork and client-focused results.

Requirements
