BIG WATER CONSULTING (BWC) is seeking a Business & Project Analyst – Intelligent Automation & AI in Belgium for a full-time contract. Hybrid role: 50% onsite, 50% teleworking.

• Minimum 14 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent in a similar role.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in a large organization, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., a TSO).
• Excellent command of Dutch and/or French and excellent English.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Master's in Science, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and automation available on the market.
• Experience assessing business value and feasibility of AI and automation use cases.
• Strong project management experience coordinating cross-functional technology implementations.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear AI/automation requirements.
• Ability to connect business expectations with IT teams.
• Experience supporting business users in adopting new technologies and tools.
• Act as spokesperson/promoter for AI and automation within the organization.
• Independent, efficient, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
