Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a post-acquisition system migration in Antwerp, Belgium. The role involves analysing requirements, aligning systems, data and business processes to ensure continuity during integration.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, define test scenarios, support UAT, and assist with cutover and stabilisation during the 12-month freelance assignment.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Analyse existing business processes and systems, identify gaps and define requirements for the target environment.
• Support system integration and migration activities, including data mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Assess the impact of system and process changes on business operations, identifying risks, dependencies and potential issues.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on solutions.
• Define test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect analysis and resolution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure business requirements are adequately addressed throughout the migration.
• Support implementation planning, cutover preparation and post-go-live stabilisation.
