Qualifications

• Approximately 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, process improvement or IT change delivery.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance or another regulated industry.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into functional requirements and implementable solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary IT teams.
• Experience supporting projects through the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and validation.
• Practical experience with Agile delivery methodologies and structured requirements management.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a complex business environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Analyse complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement across multiple business areas.
• Support delivery of solutions that meet business, operational and regulatory requirements.
• Participate throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and post-production support.
