ARHS Developments Belgium is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support evolution of a financial decision support platform for EU Institutions in Brussels. You will analyze financial processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for development teams, while modelling data flows and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong English, finance domain knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis in financial domain.
• Experience with financial systems and data analysis.
• Ability to translate financial concepts into actionable requirements.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Excellent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and document financial operations and risk management processes.
• Gather and challenge business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business concepts into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Model data flows and system interactions; document processes.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the SDLC to implement requirements.
