Vivid Resourcing Ltd in the Brussels area seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term freelance project to migrate an in-store retail system to a modern POS platform GK OmniPOS.

You will map as-is processes, define to-be configurations, and document requirements with IT and business stakeholders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. English required; Dutch/French a plus. On-site 1–2 days/week, 40 hours.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail or system migration contexts
• Proven track record documenting business processes and defining functional requirements
• Experience with POS or in-store retail systems is a strong plus
• Familiarity with system migration projects (legacy-to-modern transitions)
• English required; Dutch and/or French are considered strong assets

Senior Business Analyst (Retail System Migration - Brussels Area) - Freelance

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our customers in the retail sector for a long-term freelance mission. The consultant will support a major transformation program aimed at replacing an in-store legacy retail system (20+ years old) with a modern POS platform.

The initiative represents a greenfield system migration, with the full landscape to be replaced by 2028. The Business Analyst will work as part of a broader team of analysts documenting the "as-is" system, while taking ownership of defining and elaborating the "to-be" processes and system documentation for the new solution.

This role is ideal for a consultant experienced in large-scale retail or POS transformation projects, with strong analytical and documentation skills and an understanding of store operations and front-end retail systems.
