The client, a well-established non-profit organisation, seeks a Freelance Business Analyst to join a long-term transformation programme. You will help improve processes, systems and services to support the mission.

Mostly remote work with occasional Brussels onsite 1–2 days per month; Belgium-based candidates preferred. Strong BA experience and stakeholder engagement required to bridge business and IT teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• English speaking; French is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Support project delivery from requirements gathering through to implementation and user acceptance testing
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

A client of mine, a well-established non-profit organisation, is looking for a Freelance Business Analyst to join them on a long-term transformation programme. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly support the organisation's mission, helping to improve processes, systems, and services that make a real impact.

The client offers mainly remote working, but candidates should be able to commute to Brussels when required.

• 5+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams
• English speaking; French is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and end users effectively
• Mainly remote - average 1-2 days per month onsite in Brussels. We do need candidates who are based in Belgium though.
