• Hardware & Workplace: Configure laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Microsoft 365: Help users get the most out of Microsoft 365 applications and digital workplace tools.
• Digital Innovation: Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies, contributing to smarter tools and more efficient internal processes.
• Technical Development: Collaborate closely with experienced IT colleagues and System Engineers, progressively expanding your technical knowledge and responsibilities.
• Team Collaboration: Connect with colleagues across different offices and contribute to a consistent, high-quality IT experience throughout the organisation.
