Unknown company in Brussels is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP HR Developer to support a complex HR landscape for about 10,000 employees. The role is Brussels-based with 2-3 days onsite, a 12-month contract with ASAP start, and requires English plus Dutch or French.

The candidate will handle SAP HCM/HR Payroll, PA, Time Management, and ABAP development, with exposure to SuccessFactors EC integration and CPI/BTP as beneficial.

Qualifications

• SAP HCM / HR Payroll – strong hands-on experience.
• Payroll configuration & development.
• Wage types, schemas and payroll rules.
• Personnel Administration (PA).
• Time Management.
• Troubleshooting, bug fixing & change requests.

Freelance SAP HR Developer – Brussels

I’m looking for an experienced SAP HR/HCM Developer to join a major organisation in Belgium, supporting a complex HR landscape of approximately 10,000 employees.

Brussels – 2-3 days a week onsite

12-month contract + potential extension

ASAP start

English + Dutch OR French required

Key experience:

• SAP HCM / HR Payroll – strong hands‑on experience
• Payroll configuration & development
• Wage types, schemas and payroll rules
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Time Management
• Troubleshooting, bug fixing & change requests
• ABAP / technical SAP HR development capability
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience is highly desirable
• SAP CPI / BTP integration exposure is beneficial

You’ll be working across both the functional and technical sides of SAP HR, supporting BAU Payroll while contributing to wider projects and integrations across the SAP landscape.
