Our client is a leading international FMCG organisation with a strong presence in Belgium and a well-established People & Organisation function. Within its Belgian HR team, a dedicated Payroll & HR Administration department is looking for a senior professional to ensure operational continuity, guide the team and further strengthen its payroll and administration processes.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Administration with payroll experience in Belgium.
• Experience supervising a team in payroll/HR administration.
• Knowledge of Belgian compliance and statutory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and guide the Payroll & HR Administration team in daily activities.
• Oversee contract administration, pension administration and employee changes.
• Manage and review severance pay, allowances, 13th month and annual bonus processes.
• Guide the implementation of a new time & attendance solution, ensuring Belgian compliance.
• Supervise the junior team member responsible for the Protime implementation.

As an Freelance Senior HR Administration & Payroll, your responsibilities are:

• Supervise and guide the Payroll & HR Administration team in daily activities ;
• Oversee contract administration, pension administration and employee changes ;
• Manage and review severance pay, allowances, 13th month and annual bonus processes ;
• Guide the implementation of a new time & attendance solution, ensuring Belgian compliance ;
• Supervise the junior team member responsible for the Protime implementation ;
• Implement internal audit recommendations and strengthen HR administration processes ;
• Review and improve payroll processes, including the relationship with payroll providers ;
• Work hands-on with SAP and ensure accurate, compliant and timely HR administration ;
