ictjob.be in Brussels is seeking an experienced SAP HR consultant to help clients implement, migrate and operate SAP HCM. You will analyze issues, optimize processes and collaborate with business and development teams to deliver solutions across ESS, MSS, OM, PA, PT, PY and TM modules.

The ideal candidate combines strong ABAP/ABAP OO skills with knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, and a practical understanding of Belgian post-pay processes (DmfA, DIMONA, BELCOTAX, FINPROF).

Qualifications

• Expertise in SAP HR/HCM modules (ESS, MSS, OM, PA, PT, PY, TM).
• Strong ABAP/ABAP OO skills: reports modification and debugging.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Knowledge of LSO and Belgian post-pay processes (DmfA, DIMONA, BELCOTAX, FINPROF).
• Proven involvement in multiple SAP HR/HCM project phases: analysis, implementation, deployment, support, PM.
• Business background in large companies; customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication in person; fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Cultural openness, pragmatism and ability to simplify complex tasks.
