Unknown company in Brussels is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP HR Developer to support a complex HR landscape for about 10,000 employees. The role is Brussels-based with 2-3 days onsite, a 12-month contract with ASAP start, and requires English plus Dutch or French.

The candidate will handle SAP HCM/HR Payroll, PA, Time Management, and ABAP development, with exposure to SuccessFactors EC integration and CPI/BTP as beneficial.

Qualifications

• SAP HCM / HR Payroll – strong hands-on experience.
• Payroll configuration & development.
• Wage types, schemas and payroll rules.
• Personnel Administration (PA).
• Time Management.
• Troubleshooting, bug fixing & change requests.
• ABAP / technical SAP HR development capability.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience is highly desirable.
• SAP CPI / BTP integration exposure is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Work across functional and technical SAP HR to support BAU Payroll.
• Contribute to wider projects and integrations across the SAP landscape.
