Akkodis is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst in Brussels to support HR Time & Payroll applications (TM/PY) within the Process & Functional Support function. You will handle end-to-end incident resolution, translate business requirements into functional specs, and customize SAP HR modules, ensuring quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP Time specialist experience in large Belgian organizations (+10,000 employees) with a mixed workforce.
• At least 10 years of experience in maintaining SAP HR modules (SAP PAOM, SAP Time Management, SAP Time Registration, SAP Payroll) and integrations between SAP HR modules and third party applications.
• Proven experience (min. 5 years) with the implementation, maintenance and support of Goals Systems (APS with integration to SAP Time Management).
• Proven experience (min. 5 years) with setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting in- & outbound integrations with SAP HCM & Time (API's, SAP PI, SAP Idocs and SAP BTP).

Responsabilités

• Act as Change Manager for changes and requests regarding HR applications for TM/PY and planning.
• Work with TM/PY Process Leads and key users to manage change requests, bug fixes and enhancements.
• Plan and coordinate HR TM/PY releases (Scope/Delivery/Testing/Communication/Adoption/QA).
• Bring in best practices and technology trends to improve HR TM/PY applications and service quality.
