Enzo Tech Group seeks a Senior SAP HCM Time & Payroll Configuration Specialist for an initial 12-month contract with potential extensions. The role focuses on knowledge transfer from the incumbent and taking ownership of ongoing SAP HCM Time and Payroll configuration, support, and change delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP HCM Time & Payroll configuration.
• Strong knowledge of time evaluation, payroll schemas, PCRs, quotas and wage types.
• Experience supporting and enhancing established SAP HR environments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate directly with customer stakeholders.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French is essential.

Enzo are working with a Belgian public-sector organisation who are preparing to transition the support and management of their existing SAP HR landscape.

They require a Senior SAP HCM Time & Payroll Configuration Specialist to join them on an initial 12-month contract with long-term extension potential.

This role will focus on completing the knowledge transfer from the incumbent partner before taking ownership of ongoing SAP HCM Time and Payroll configuration, support and change delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll solutions.
• Manage time and payroll schemas, PCRs, quotas and wage types.
• Complete knowledge transfer and understand the customer’s existing SAP HR configuration.
• Translate business requirements into effective configuration changes and guide customer testing.
• Provide ongoing system support while managing backlog items and change requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP HCM Time and Payroll configuration.
• Strong knowledge of time evaluation, payroll schemas, PCRs, quotas and wage types.
• Experience supporting and enhancing established SAP HR environments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate directly with customer stakeholders.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French is essential.
• Duration: Initial 12-month contract with annual extensions available; September or early October start.
• Hybrid working with approximately one onsite day per week during the handover, increasing to one or two days per week longer term.
• Belgium-based assignment, with Antwerp projects for Dutch speakers and Brussels-area projects for French speakers.
