Job summary

delaware BeLux is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to drive functional implementation and optimization of the Salesforce platform at customer sites. You will be involved throughout the project, supporting sales, functional elaboration, and end-user training.

Additionally, you will contribute to growing our Salesforce offering in the east of the country, working with a team of specialists in a dynamic, international consultancy. Fluent Dutch and English are required, with French a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a CRM consultant or analyst with Salesforce knowledge.
• Experience leading a team and growing offerings is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are important.
• Excellent communication and assertiveness for stakeholder questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analyses with stakeholders through workshops and fit-gap analyses.
• Translate customer needs to Salesforce platform requirements and collaborate with consultants and developers.
• Configure Salesforce at customer sites; development handled by technical colleagues.
• Possibly participate in pre-sales, building product demos and quotations.

What will you be doing as a Senior Salesforce Consultant?

As Salesforce Consultant you are responsible for the functional implementation and optimization of the Salesforce platform at the customer's site. You are present during the entire project and take on the functional aspect, ranging from supporting the sales team and the functional elaboration of the project to guiding the end users.

Next to that, you will play an integral part in growing our Salesforce offering in the east of the country.

A short overview of your tasks:

• You prepare functional analyses with all stakeholders involved through workshops and fit-gap analysis.
• You analyze the needs and objectives of the customer and translate the requirements to the Salesforce Platform, working closely with other consultants and developers.
• You are responsible for the configuration of Salesforce at the customer site. Your more technically focused colleagues will take up development, so coding skills are not required.
• You might also be involved in the pre-sales process, building product demos and quotations.

• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English? Great! This is a must to communicate with your colleagues and clients. Knowledge of French is a bonus.
