Danone Belux is seeking an Account Support Specialist AFH to act as the keystone between customers and internal stakeholders. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks related to customer plans, promotions and product data.

The role requires excellent communication, a service mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a hands-on attitude. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and French; English a plus.
• Rigorous with a strong eye for detail.
• Hands-on, multi-tasking attitude and service-minded.

Aufgaben

• Be the trusted contact for customers for administrative support of the customer plan.
• Handle contracts, product data, technical docs, visuals and requests.
• Assist Key Account Managers with customer plans and promotions.
• Monitor promo planning, promosheets and internal communications.
• Follow up sales budgets, purchase orders and invoicing accuracy.
• Keep product launches, pricing and promos up to date in systems.
• Prepare field documents, promo plans, order forms and displays.
• Look for process improvements and smoother workflows.
