Job summary

Danone Belux seeks an Account Manager AFH for the Flanders region to grow a portfolio of Horeca customers and drive Danone’s brands in coffee bars, premium restaurants and distribution channels. You will build partnerships and lead negotiations, collaborating with Marketing and Finance to execute strategic plans.

The role requires Dutch fluency for the Flemish market, plus strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills to deliver sustainable AFH growth.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in FMCG or Horeca.
• Strong Dutch market knowledge of Flemish Horeca.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing AFH customer portfolio in Flanders.
• Prospect and acquire new customers and partners to drive sales.
• Develop business in coffee bars, premium restaurants, and distribution networks.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure value-generating agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and cross-functional teams to execute plans.
