Job summary

Danone Belux is seeking an Account Support Specialist AFH to act as the keystone between customers and internal teams. The role focuses on accurate administrative support for customer plans, contracts, product data, and promotional activities.

You will assist Key Account Managers, coordinate with customer service and demand planning, and ensure invoices and budgets are accurately tracked across systems. Fluency in Dutch and French is required, and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to take initiative and work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted point of contact for customers for all administrative support of our customer plan.
• Manage contracts, product data, technical documentation, visuals, and customer requests.
• Support Key Account Managers by preparing customer plans and following up on promotions.
• Ensure smooth promo planning, sheets, and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee administrative follow-up of sales budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing accuracy.
• Keep product launches, pricing updates, and promotions up to date across systems.
• Prepare field documents and orders such as promo plans and order forms.
• Continuously look for process improvements to enhance customer and colleague experience.
