Danone Belux is seeking an Account Support Specialist AFH to act as the keystone between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative work for customer plans and promotions.

You will handle contracts, product data, visuals and field orders, while supporting KAMs and ensuring flawless execution of commercial activities. Fluency in Dutch/French (English a plus) and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Be the trusted point of contact for admin support of the customer plan.
• Manage contracts, product data, documentation, visuals and requests.
• Support Key Account Managers with customer plans and promotions.
• Coordinate promo planning, promosheets and communications with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee sales budgets, purchase orders and invoice matching in systems.
• Keep critical business information up to date across systems.
