ProfilerConsulting is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage inquiries, quotations and orders across Western European markets. You will coordinate with customers, sales and technical teams to ensure accurate quotes and timely order launches.

Fluent French and English are required, Dutch is a strong asset. This role offers two days of remote work per week and in-house training with close follow-up and support.

Formación

• Bachelor or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in a B2B customer service department.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Independently create and process inquiries, quotations and orders with country and customer specifics.
• Gather information from customers, sales and technical colleagues to prepare tailored quotations.
• Handle correspondence with customers and internal departments.
• Collect customer documentation and purchase orders to prepare and launch orders.
• Coordinate with headquarters and internal business units for correct order processing.
• Act as the coordinating contact point for interfaces along the process chain.
• Handle and analyze technical clarifications of simple to moderate complexity.
• Work with the technical team to provide customers with relevant information.
• Lead customer discussions to identify new sales opportunities.
