Planon, a global software company, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in Belgium. You will support Account Managers, manage quotes, renewals, and CRM accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams across multilingual markets.

Two to three years in inside sales or sales support, fluent English, Dutch and French, and strong stakeholder management are expected. The role offers hybrid working and a profit-sharing scheme as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or sales coordination in international/multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent command of English, Dutch and French; able to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
• Strong stakeholder management; build trust and coordinate with internal/external contacts.
• Commercially minded; proactive, identify opportunities in customer interactions and act on them.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage complex information and maintain CRM/docs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quotes, manage renewals, and keep Salesforce accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and customers.
• Advise on licensing models and handle security qualification forms and BID documentation.
• Act as the operational contact for customers and develop lasting relationships.
• Identify commercial opportunities and follow up or escalate to Account Manager.
• Spot process bottlenecks and drive more efficient ways of working for the sales team.
