Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a driven Sales Manager who loves opening new doors, building strong client relationships and closing deals. This is a true business development role focused on Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Airline segments to position the hotel as the market's preferred choice.

You will hunt for new opportunities, negotiate agreements, manage a CRM-driven pipeline and collaborate with the commercial and operations teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration or equivalent.

• Hunt for new business opportunities and build your own client portfolio.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM.
