Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business across Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Airline segments. You will hunt for opportunities, build a client portfolio, negotiate deals and manage a CRM-driven pipeline to close business and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You should be a natural hunter with a hospitality or business background, fluent in English and at least one of French or Dutch, and able to meet clients outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Hospitality or sales experience in business development is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for new business opportunities and build your own client portfolio.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with our commercial and operational teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
