Silverfin in Ghent is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounting firms. You’ll focus on adoption, value realisation and renewal, driving growth across the full lifecycle.

You’ll build long-term relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and align customer goals with Silverfin solutions. The role is based in Ghent with a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS and customer success roles.
• Experience in account management within a SaaS environment is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch with strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage and manage a portfolio of accounting firms throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Drive adoption, value realization and renewal; align outcomes with Silverfin goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and guide customers from first conversation through to close.
