EMAsphere Belgium is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Services & Support team for Belgium. You will guide customers through implementation and ongoing success, turning financial data into actionable insights.

You combine finance expertise with analytical thinking and a customer‑oriented mindset to improve satisfaction and growth. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and you will work from Ghent and/or Louvain-la-Neuve in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, management reporting or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing financial software, management reporting or financial analysis.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured mindset.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Curious, eager to learn and driven by continuous improvement.
• Customer-oriented, team player who can work autonomously.
• Genuine interest in technology and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through implementation and evolution of EMAsphere to maximize value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to success.
• Train customers to become EMAsphere champions and maintain training materials.
• Support Sales and partners with product positioning and demos.
• Share customer feedback to drive product improvements.
