Job summary

ALTIA is seeking a Roll-Out Coordinator — Senior to reinforce the team responsible for EC corporate eProcurement, MAPP and SEDIA solutions. The role involves far-site delivery with occasional on-site presence requested at least 14 calendar days in advance.

You will plan and coordinate complex roll-outs, monitor issues, and deliver training, while ensuring readiness of environments, teams and support structures. English fluency is required and ITIL/ISTQB certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Spoken and written English at a minimum C1 level.
• French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate complex roll-outs; manage schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Validate readiness of environments, teams and support structures.
• Monitor issues and risks; deliver training and knowledge transfer.
• Produce documentation, runbooks and status reports; define adoption and readiness metrics.
• Support hypercare, handover and rollback/contingency procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Position: Roll-Out Coordinator — Senior, to reinforce the team responsible for the European Commission’s corporate eProcurement, MAPP and SEDIA solutions. The delivery model is far-site, with possible occasional on-site presence requested at least 14 calendar days in advance.

Assignment description: planning and coordinating complex roll-outs; managing schedules, milestones and dependencies; validating the readiness of environments, teams and support structures; monitoring issues and risks; delivering training and knowledge transfer; producing documentation, runbooks and status reports; defining adoption and readiness metrics; and supporting hypercare, handover and rollback/contingency procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Spoken and written English at a minimum C1 level; French is an asset.

Solid knowledge of deployment and configuration management, IT infrastructure, information systems, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel, change management, MS Teams, SharePoint and LMS tools.
