Qualifications

• Master’s degree or EQF Level 7 or equivalent (or 5 years of higher education).
• Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years with PM methodologies (e.g., PM²).
• Minimum 5 years in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Minimum 5 years working in Agile environments.
• Minimum 10 years with requirements management tools (Jira or GitLab).
• Minimum 10 years in international environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project planning and management (scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks).
• Coordinate teams, activities, deliverables and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, quality plans, release plans, estimates and progress reports.
• Collaborate with Business Manager on initiative definition and justification.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs.

We are looking for an Advanced Project Manager with 10 years of IT professional experience to act as Project Manager and back-up Business Analyst, leading complex technical projects in an international, multicultural and bilingual environment (English/French).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project planning and management: scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risks.
• Coordination of teams, activities, deliverables and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

• EQF Level 7 qualification (Master’s degree or equivalent), or (5 years of higher education).
• Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• French: B1 Level.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience with recognised project management methodologies, such as PM².
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environments.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or GitLab.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in international environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SQL databases.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web services development.
• Cloud management, Python and ECL (European Component Library) are considered assets.
