PTV Logistics GmbH is seeking a RevOps Systems Lead (m/f/d) to build and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure powering our revenue engine. You will own the GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance, turning business needs into scalable workflows and actionable insights.

You will lead the systems team, design governance for data quality and compliance, and develop dashboards that reveal revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including admin, automation, data modelling, and process design.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead to renewal.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Systems thinker who builds scalable solutions from the ground up.

To drive this forward, we are looking for a RevOps Systems Lead (m/f/d) who will build and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our revenue engine, owning the architecture and optimization of our GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. If you are a systems thinker who thrives on turning business requirements into scalable workflows and actionable insights, you could be the perfect fit for the following tasks:

• You lead our systems team to evolve our GTM technology stack, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
• You design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and approval processes.
• You partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to identify operational bottlenecks and design and optimize automated lead-to-revenue workflows.
• You establish governance frameworks that ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• You build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into customer insights, subscriptions, conversion rates, and revenue performance, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• You lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption, and champion continuous improvement across our revenue operations ecosystem.

Your profile

• You bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• You have deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot, and/or subscription management systems such as Chargebee, including administration, automation, data modelling, and process design.
• You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from lead management and pipeline creation to customer expansion and renewal.
• You have a proven ability to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• You bring excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.
• You are a systems thinker who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building scalable solutions from the ground up.
