Optimile is seeking a Business Operations Manager to bring structure to complexity and drive flawless execution in a hybrid setup in Ghent, Belgium. You will report to the COO and shape how Optimile operates as we grow internationally.

You will own critical processes, lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Support, Legal and Procurement, and continuously improve efficiency while safeguarding quality and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Management or Operational Excellence, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS, technology, scale-up or e-mobility environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and improving business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to collaborate with senior leadership and C-level executives.
• A continuous improvement mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building scalable ways of working.
• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English

• Analyze and monitor operational costs, identify efficiency opportunities and optimize our cost structure without compromising quality.
• Own and operate business-critical operational workflows, including monitoring key operational loops such as SIM card infrastructure.
• Identify operational risks, strengthen business continuity and implement monitoring mechanisms that safeguard day-to-day operations.
• Build scalable workflows, introduce smart automation and continuously remove operational bottlenecks.
• Partner closely with the COO to translate strategic priorities into practical, executable operational plans.

Optimile is a leading software company specializing in digital solutions for the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry. Our innovative platforms empower Charging Point Operators (CPOs) and Mobility Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver seamless and efficient EV charging experiences.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and experienced Business Operations Manager who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, eliminating operational friction and turning strategy into flawless execution.

Your Role

This is a high-impact role with broad visibility across the organization. You'll work directly with the COO and have the opportunity to shape how Optimile operates as we continue our international growth.

What you'll do

As our Business Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational processes that keep Optimile running efficiently today while preparing them to scale for tomorrow.

You’ll:
