PTV Logistics GmbH is seeking a RevOps Systems Lead (m/f/d) to build and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure powering our revenue engine. You will own the GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance, turning business needs into scalable workflows and actionable insights.

You will lead the systems team, design governance for data quality and compliance, and develop dashboards that reveal revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including admin, automation, data modelling, and process design.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead to renewal.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Systems thinker who builds scalable solutions from the ground up.

Responsabilités

• Lead the GTM tech stack evolution for scalability and reliability.
• Design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, and approval processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to optimize automated lead-to-revenue workflows.
• Establish governance frameworks for data quality and compliance.
• Build dashboards and reports on customer insights, subscriptions, and revenue performance.
• Drive system enhancements from requirements to deployment and adoption.
