Job summary

Nike Maasmechelen is seeking a Team Lead to deliver world-class service and a premium brand experience on the sales floor. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate teammates while supporting daily operations and sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, and promotions.

You will lead by example, ensuring the team provides the highest level of athlete and consumer experience. Expect retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional consumer service and premium brand experience to Nike consumers.
• Coordinate, coach and motivate teammates in your area while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere.
• Support the management of the daily business to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor and promotions.
• Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and act as a Nike brand ambassador.
