NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Store Coach in Liège to lead a dynamic team and deliver a premium consumer experience on the sales floor. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate staff while supporting daily business to hit sales targets and promotional campaigns.

You will partner with store leadership to ensure brand standards, training, and onboarding are executed. A strong focus on customer service, inventory accuracy, and digital service enablement will drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced customer service skills with ability to lead a shop floor team.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team delivering premium consumer service and ensure a best-in-class brand experience.
• Support daily store operations to achieve sales targets, including campaigns and digital services.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage scheduling, onboarding, and overall product journey in store.
• Use reporting tools to inform commercial decisions and maintain inventory standards.
