Job summary

Nike Maasmechelen is looking for a Team Lead to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate teammates in your area while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere and supporting daily business to achieve sales targets, including digital services and visual merchandising.

Our leads specialize in one business area but will support cross-functionally, ensuring the highest quality athlete experience and a premium brand journey on the sales

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class consumer service and maintain premium brand experience.
• Coordinate, coach and motivate teammates while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Support daily business to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, and promotions.
• Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and uphold Nike standards.
