Qualifications

• Advanced customer service skills with leadership of a shop floor (or department) team.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Excellent communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
• Experience applying product sales techniques.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver efficient product receiving and inventory accuracy to visual standards.
• Ensure inventory processes keep the sales floor full, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with department leads to manage the overall product journey in-store.
• Be responsible for monthly initiative launches.
• Use reporting tools to guide commercial decisions.
• Achieve accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
• Deliver high-quality athlete experience through engagement and NIKE Community Ambassador activities.
• Oversee hiring processes including onboarding with senior store leadership.
• Manage store scheduling and coordinate with the team.
• Maintain a positive NIKE culture through teamwork.
